Proof of Delivery as Final Confirmation
Once our shipping carrier marks the package as "Delivered"—whether by tracking update, GPS confirmation, or photographic evidence—this is considered final proof of delivery.

  • No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued thereafter.

Customer Responsibility After Delivery
After delivery confirmation, all responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If the package is stolen thereafter (due to porch piracy, theft, or other causes), we are not liable, and no refund or replacement will be provided.

Insurance Recommendation
You may choose to purchase delivery insurance, require signature-on-delivery, or select secure delivery options (e.g., lockers, designated safe spots) from the carrier. These steps help prevent loss and may offer you direct recourse with the carrier or insurer.

Claiming Through Carrier or Insurance
If theft occurs post-delivery, customers should:

  1. File a claim with the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS), referencing delivery proof.
  2. Submit a police report if required or available.
  3. Contact your insurance provider or credit card company for potential coverage or dispute options.
